Why we exist
The remodeling industry has a trust problem. Too many contractors disappear mid-project, blow past their budgets, or hand the job off to a crew you have never met. Tom Fisher started Alpha Development Group because he believed Chicagoland homeowners deserved better than that — and he wanted to prove it could be done.
Today, we are a family-run general contractor based in Orland Park, IL. We focus on three things we know how to do extraordinarily well: kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and basement finishes. We bundle in BPI-certified weatherization for clients who want to make their home more efficient at the same time. And when a homeowner needs something else — a porch, a deck, a custom build — Tom looks at it personally and tells them honestly whether we are the right fit.
Every project is overseen by Tom himself. He is on your job site, walks every detail, and is reachable directly. That is unusual in this business. It is also why our clients keep coming back and referring their neighbors.

Operations and project management. Majd keeps every job moving on schedule and on budget. If something needs solving, he is the one who solves it.
Tyler LaFlamboy
Runs the build. Tyler is the one making sure every cabinet is plumb, every tile is set right, and every detail meets ADG standards.
Shannon Hahn
First voice on the line. Shannon runs the front office, returns every call within 24 to 48 hours, and makes sure your project gets to the right person on the team.
